A schoolgirl faces harassment and threats from local miscreants
Minor Rukhsana is a class 11 student. She is harassed by three eve-teasers while returning home from school. One of them, Jahangir, repeatedly stops her and tells her that he loves her and wants to marry her.
Rukhsana remains scared but does not tell her parents anything. She knows that if her father finds out, he may lose control and a serious conflict could occur. One day, Jahangir again stops her on the way home and pressures her to accept his proposal, claiming that he will marry her someday. Rukhsana reaches home crying and finally shares everything with her parents. Her angry father goes to the police station to file a complaint against Jahangir, but the police assure him that they will warn the accused and prevent further harassment.
Things remain normal for a few days, but soon Jahangir again threatens Rukhsana and warns her that he will kidnap her if she refuses his proposal. After hearing this, her father and uncle visit Jahangir’s house and warn him. Humiliated by the confrontation, Jahangir and his father decide to take revenge.
रुखसाना एक नाबालिग लड़की है और स्कूल में पढ़ती है। स्कूल से आते-जाते मोहल्ले के तीन लड़के उसे छेड़ते रहते हैं। इनमें मुख्य जहाँगीर नाम का लड़का है जो रुखसाना से कहता है कि वो उसे अपनी बेगम बनाएगा। वो इस डर से घर में किसी को कुछ नहीं बताती क्योंकि उसे लगता है कि उसके अब्बू और चचा को पता चलने पर बड़ा बवाल हो सकता है।
एक दिन स्कूल से लौटते समय जहाँगीर उसे रोक लेता है और धमकी देता है कि वो उससे निकाह करेगा। रुखसाना बुरी तरह डर जाती है और रोती हुई घर पहुँचती है। उसकी माँ उसकी हालत देखकर उससे सब कुछ पूछती है। उसके अब्बू पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराने जाते हैं। पुलिस वाले भरोसा दिलाते हैं कि वे जहाँगीर को समझा देंगे और आगे से वो ऐसा कुछ नहीं करेगा।
इसके बाद कुछ दिन तक सबकुछ ठीक चलता है, मगर फिर एक दिन जहाँगीर रुखसाना को धमकी देता है कि वो उसे अगवा करवा देगा। रुखसाना जब घर पर ये बात बताती है तो उसके पिता और चचा जहाँगीर के घर जाकर उसे जलील करते हैं। इसके बाद जहाँगीर और उसका बाप कसम खाते हैं कि वे अपनी बेइज्जती का बदला लेंगे।
