Neha, a 13-year-old student, appears withdrawn and troubled. She avoids interaction with others at school, leaving her teachers concerned about her well-being.
To support students, the school organizes a counseling session with the help of an NGO. The session focuses on helping children understand personal safety and how to recognize uncomfortable situations.
After attending the session, Neha gathers the courage to write a letter to her teacher. When the teacher reads it, she is left deeply concerned.

नेहा एक तेरह साल की बच्ची है जो हर समय गुमसुम रहती है। उसकी जिंदगी में कुछ ऐसा चल रहा है जिसे वह किसी से साझा नहीं कर पा रही है।
स्कूल में आयोजित काउंसलिंग सेशन के दौरान बच्चों को यह सिखाया जाता है कि वे कैसे समझें कि उनके साथ कुछ गलत हो रहा है और ऐसी स्थिति में उन्हें किससे बात करनी चाहिए।
सेशन के बाद नेहा अपनी टीचर को एक चिट्ठी देती है, जिसे पढ़कर उसकी टीचर हैरान रह जाती है।
