accused Mohd. Sufiyan @ Romi is acquitted of all charges.”

क्राइम पेट्रोल का यह एपिसोड एक सच्ची घटना पर आधारित था जो मार्च 2017 में दिल्ली के अमर कॉलोनी में घटित हुई थी। इस मामले में साकेत स्थित अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायालय ने आरोपी को 15 जुलाई 2024 को बरी कर दिया।

साक्ष्यों की श्रृंखला को पूर्ण करने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं हैं। साथ ही,
सिद्ध तथ्य आरोपी के दोष को पूरी तरह नहीं दर्शाते और वे उसके निर्दोष होने
की संभावना से पूरी तरह असंगत नहीं हैं। अतः आरोपी मोहम्मद सुफ़ियान उर्फ
रोमी को सभी आरोपों से बरी किया जाता है।”
