Daldal | दलदल
Karan is good at studies. He is younger than his sister and the only son of his parents. His father’s earnings are not very good, and the family is going through an economic crisis. They all have their expectations only from Karan that after finishing his studies, he will take care of all of them. His sister is eligible for marriage but could not get married until now due to the cash crunch.
Karan is also worried about his home situation. Amid all his tensions, he grows closer to his friend Sushil, who is a spoiled brat and addicted to drugs. Sushil tells Karan that he also has many issues in his life but does not worry about anything. In his company, Karan also gets into the habit of bad things.
Now their exams are approaching, but they are not prepared at all. Sushil plans to buy question papers before the exams, but the duo needs 30,000 rupees for that. So Sushil makes a master plan to earn easy money.
करन एक होनहार छात्र है। उसके परिवार में उसके अलावा उसकी बहन, माँ और पिता हैं। पिता की आमदनी बहुत ज़्यादा नहीं है और वो करन को हमेशा ही ये प्रेरणा देते हैं की वो अपनी पढाई लिखाई अच्छे से करे। आर्थिक तंगी से गुज़रते परिवार की हालत करन के लिए भी चिंता का विषय है। उसको इन सब चीजों को लेकर बहुत टेंशन रहती है।
इसी तनाव के चलते करन अपने एक कॉलेज फ्रेंड सुशील के करीब आ जाता है जो की बुरी लतों से घिरा हुआ है। वो करन को समझाता है की टेंशन तो उसकी ज़िंदगी में भी बहुत है मगर वो हमेशा मस्त रहता है। वो करन को नशे की लत भी लगवा देता है।
परीक्षा का समय आता है और पढाई न की होने की वजह से सुशील एग्जाम पेपर खरीदने का प्लान बनाता है मगर उसके लिए उसे तीस हज़ार रूपये की ज़रुरत है। अब सुशील करन के साथ मिल कर काम समय में एक मोटी रकम का इन्तेजाम करने के लिए एक खतरनाक प्लान बनाता है।
