A woman named Beena Choksi (real name Manjula, played by Dolphin Dubey) files a rape complaint against a man named Girish Singh (real name Rajkumar, played by Mohit Dagga), accusing him of sexually assaulting her after promising marriage. However, just as police begin investigating the case, Beena suddenly arrives at the women’s cell requesting to withdraw her complaint.

This unusual behavior raises suspicion in the minds of investigators. Police soon discover that Beena is two months pregnant. During interrogation, she finally reveals a shocking truth — the rape allegation was false.

Beena admits that she and Girish were involved in illegal medical drug testing operations where poor people were used as human guinea pigs in exchange for money. During this period, the two also entered into a relationship. When Beena became pregnant, Girish allegedly convinced her not to abort the child.

Instead, a doctor named Dr. Sanjay Bhatt introduced them to a secretive child-selling network where newborn babies were allegedly sold to wealthy couples for huge amounts of money. Girish promised Beena that they would earn lakhs of rupees through the deal.

As police dig deeper, another shocking name surfaces — Dr. Goyal, a reputed doctor allegedly involved in purchasing newborn babies through illegal adoption channels. Investigators now suspect that the case is not just about fake rape allegations but part of a larger child trafficking racket operating under the cover of medical treatment and fertility arrangements.

Police also uncover disturbing evidence that poor and vulnerable people were being exploited for risky drug trials without proper safeguards. What initially appeared to be a simple complaint slowly transforms into a horrifying investigation involving illegal medical testing, baby trafficking, exploitation, and organized crime.

बीना पुलिस को बताती है कि वह और गिरीश अवैध मेडिकल ड्रग टेस्टिंग के काम में शामिल थे, जहां गरीब लोगों पर पैसों के बदले दवाइयों का परीक्षण किया जाता था। इसी दौरान दोनों के बीच संबंध बने और बीना गर्भवती हो गई।

बीना के अनुसार, गिरीश ने उसे गर्भपात न करवाने की सलाह दी। बाद में डॉ. संजय भट्ट नाम के व्यक्ति ने उन्हें ऐसे लोगों से मिलवाया जो नवजात बच्चों को पैसों के बदले दूसरे लोगों को दिलाने का काम करते थे। गिरीश ने बीना से वादा किया कि बच्चे के बदले उन्हें लाखों रुपये मिलेंगे।

जांच के दौरान डॉ. गोयल नाम के एक प्रतिष्ठित डॉक्टर का नाम भी सामने आता है, जिन पर अवैध तरीके से बच्चों को खरीदने का शक होता है। पुलिस को समझ आता है कि मामला केवल झूठी शिकायत का नहीं बल्कि एक बड़े चाइल्ड ट्रैफिकिंग और मेडिकल रैकेट का हिस्सा है।

जांच में यह भी सामने आता है कि गरीब और मजबूर लोगों को खतरनाक दवाइयों के परीक्षण के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा था। धीरे-धीरे यह मामला मानव तस्करी, अवैध मेडिकल परीक्षण और नवजात बच्चों की खरीद-फरोख्त जैसे गंभीर अपराधों में बदल जाता है।
