भोपाल की रहने वाली महत्वाकांक्षी अभिनेत्री सिमरन चौहान का सपना था कि वह मुंबई में अपना नाम बनाए। यह सपना उसे मायानगरी खींच लाया, जहाँ वह स्ट्रगल कर रही थी। लेकिन एक दिन अचानक सिमरन की माँ को एक अनजान कॉल आता है। कॉल करने वाला व्यक्ति दावा करता है कि उसने सिमरन का अपहरण कर लिया है। वह उसकी माँ से धमकी भरे लहजे में कहता है कि अगर वह अपनी बेटी को सुरक्षित वापस देखना चाहती हैं, तो सिमरन के बैंक अकाउंट में 50 लाख रुपये ट्रांसफर करें।
सिमरन की माँ स्तब्ध रह जाती हैं। वह कहती हैं कि उनके पास इतनी बड़ी रकम नहीं है; वे मुश्किल से 60,000 रुपये ही जमा कर सकती हैं। यह सुनकर सिमरन की माँ तुरंत अपने बेटे हरजिंदर को फोन करती हैं, जो भारतीय सेना में कार्यरत है। जैसे ही हरजिंदर को यह भयावह खबर मिलती है, वह तुरंत अपनी ड्यूटी से छुट्टी लेकर भोपाल पहुँचता है। माँ-बेटे मिलकर पुलिस से संपर्क करते हैं और सिमरन के किडनैप होने की सूचना देते हैं।
अब यह देखना बाकी है कि क्या पुलिस इस मामले को सुलझाकर सिमरन को सुरक्षित वापस ला पाएगी, या यह कहानी किसी और भयावह मोड़ की ओर बढ़ेगी।
Aspiring actress Simran Chauhan (played by Manisha Saxena), a resident of Bhopal, came to Mumbai with dreams of making a name for herself in the film industry. One day, her mother received a call from an unknown person claiming that Simran had been kidnapped. In a threatening tone, the caller demanded that ₹50 lakh be transferred to Simran’s bank account if her family wanted to see her safe again.
Simran’s mother was shocked and replied that she did not have such a large amount and could only arrange ₹60,000. Distressed, she immediately contacted her son Harjinder (played by Puneet Channa), who serves in the Indian Army. As soon as Harjinder received the alarming news, he took leave from duty and rushed to Bhopal. Together, the mother and son approached the police and reported Simran’s kidnapping.
