A man named Ashfaq (real name Ayaz Ansari) is severely addicted to drugs. To support his addiction, he steals mobile phones from passengers on Mumbai local trains and sells them.
The police are searching for him because he has allegedly molested more than 25 minor girls in the city. He introduces himself to the girls as a friend of their fathers, then takes them to deserted places and sexually abuses them.
अशफाक नाम का एक आदमी नशे का गंभीर रूप से आदी है। नशे की पूर्ति के लिए वह मुंबई की लोकल ट्रेनों में यात्रियों के मोबाइल फोन चुराता है और उन्हें बेचकर नशा खरीदता है।
