...मौलवी ने ना सिर्फ़ रज़िया कि हत्या की, बल्कि उसको कर टुकड़ों में बाँट कर छोटे टुकड़ों को वो टॉयलेट में समय-समय पर बहता रहा और बड़े हिस्सों को उसके घर से दूर एक खेत में दफ़्न कर आया.

अल-रेहान नाम की एक रिहायशी कॉलोनी में कई सारे मुस्लिम परिवार रहते है. एक सुबह घर के सभी लोग नीचे इकट्ठा होकर कॉलोनी के सीवर में आरही दुर्गंध के बारे में बात कर रहे हैं. A-विंग के लोग B-विंग वालों साफ सफाई को लेकर आरोप लगा रहे हैं और B-विंग वाले लोग A-विंग वालों पर.

कॉलोनी के एक बुजुर्ग मौलवी कासिम साहब सबको ये राय देते हैं की नगरपालिका के सफाई कर्मचारियों को बुला कर यहां की सफाई कार्रवाई जाए। सफाई कर्मचारियों को बुलाया जाता है और वो लोग सीवर की सफाई शुरू करते हैं। सफाई करते हुए सफाई कर्मचारी तब बुरी तरह से घबरा जाते हैं जब सीवर की गन्दगी में उनको एक कटी हुई हथेली मिलती है। पुलिस को बुलाया जाता है और पुलिस कॉलोनी के लोगों से पूछताछ शुरू कर देती है।

पुलिस की तफ्तीश चल रही है इसी बीच इलाके के एक नाले में किसी लाश के कुछ टुकड़े मिलते हैं। पुलिस वो टुकड़े फोरेंसिक में देती हैं और तब ये कंफर्म होता ये टुकड़े और कॉलोनी में मिला हाथ का टुकड़ा एक ही लाश के है जो कि एक औरत की है। पुलिस को इन टुकड़ों के साथ एक अंगूठी और कुछ गहने भी मिलते हैं।

दूसरी ओर कॉलोनी में एक बूढ़ी औरत रोती हुई आती है। वो बताती है कि उसकी बेटी रजिया पिछले कई दिन से लापता है और रजिया इसी कॉलोनी में काम करने आती थी। पुलिस को कुछ शक होता है। वो लोग उस औरत को नाले में से मिले अंगूठी और गहने दिखाती है तो वो महिला बताती है कि ये सब उसकी बेटी रजिया के ही है।

Few Muslim families live in a residential colony named Al-Rehan. One morning all the people of the colony are gathered downstairs and talking about the foul smell which is coming from the sewer of the colony. The A-wing people are accusing the B-wing people of cleanliness and the B-wing people are blaming the A-wing people.

Elderly Maulvi Kasim (played by Jayant Rawal) who also lives in the same colony, advises everyone to call the cleaning staff of the municipality. The cleaning staff is called and they start cleaning the sewer. While cleaning, they are horrified to find a cut palm in the sewer filth. The police are called and the police start questioning the people of the colony.

The police investigation is going on, meanwhile some pieces of a dead body are found in a drain in the area. The police give those pieces in forensics and the forensic confirms that these pieces and the piece of hand found in the colony's sever belong to the same woman's corpse. The police also found a ring and some ornaments along with these pieces.

On the other hand an old lady comes to the colony crying. She tells that her daughter Razia (Played by Sabina Jat) is missing for the past several days and Razia used to come to work in this colony. The police have some doubts. When they show the woman the ring and jewelry found in the drain, the woman tells that all these belong to her daughter Razia.

Inside Story

कहानी आधारित है मुंब्रा में मार्च १९९९ में हुए एक हत्याकांड पर। मौलाना अब्दुल क़ादरी मुंब्रा के कौसा में राशिद कंपाउंड में रहता था और रज़िया नाम की २४ साल की लड़की उसके यहाँ काम करने आती थी। कुछ समय बाद क़ादरी के रज़िया के बीच नज़दीकियों बढ़ी और फिर शारीरिक संबंध भी बन गये। रज़िया क़ादरी के लिए सीरियस हो गई थी मगर मौलाना उसका सिर्फ़ अपनी शारीरिक ज़रूरतों के लिए इस्तेमाल कर रहा था।

फ़रवरी १९९९ में रज़िया ने उसको बताया की वो २ महीने पेट से है। उसने ये भी कहा की वो क़ादरी से निकाह करना चाहती है और इस बच्चे को क़ादरी का नाम देना चाहती है। क़ादरी रज़िया से निकाह नहीं करना चाहता था और रज़िया को अपने रास्ते से हटाने का प्लान बनाने लगा। १५ मार्च १९९९ के दिन उसने रज़िया की गाला घोट कर हत्या कर दी और फिर उसके शव के २० से अधिक टुकड़े किए।

In this gruesome incident, Maulana Abdul Qadri, a prominent Muslim priest in Kausa, Mumbra, is accused of murdering his maid servant, Razia alias Rajbi Hannan at his residence at Rashid Compound. The police investigation revealed that Qadri had an illicit relationship with Razia and impregnated her. When she demanded marriage, Qadri decided to kill her to avoid scandal. He brutally murdered Razia, dismembered her body, and disposed of the remains. The police eventually discovered the crime and arrested Qadri, who confessed to the murder. The incident shocked the local Muslim community, who had previously revered Qadri as a religious leader.
