A Kidnapping Plot Driven by Revenge and Greed
Veeru and his two friends plan what they believe to be the perfect kidnapping and murder of Veeru’s own cousin, Aman, who is 11 years old. The motive behind the crime is Veeru’s resentment toward his uncle and grandfather. He believes they are responsible for his father’s struggles and the financial hardships faced by his family.
Veeru dreams of studying at a foreign university and needs a large amount of money to fulfill that ambition. He believes the crime will serve two purposes: taking revenge on his relatives and solving his financial problems. Inspired by crime shows such as Crime Patrol, the three friends study how investigations are conducted. They know that mobile phone tracking and CCTV footage often help police solve crimes, so they spend nearly eight months preparing and practicing their plan.
When Veeru visits his uncle’s family after four years, his aunt is delighted to see him and introduces him to Samar and Aman. Veeru’s initiative helps bridge the gap between the two families, and everyone is happy to reconnect after such a long period. However, after months of planning, the trio changes its target and decides to kidnap Aman’s elder brother, 14-year-old Samar.

वीरू विदेश की किसी यूनिवर्सिटी में दाखिला लेना चाहता है और इसके लिए उसे काफी धन की आवश्यकता है। वह और उसके दोस्त योजना बनाते हैं कि वे उसके चाचा के छोटे बेटे अमन का अपहरण करेंगे और फिरौती के रूप में पचास लाख रुपये की मांग करेंगे। वे लोग टीवी पर आने वाले क्राइम शो, विशेषकर Crime Patrol, के बड़े प्रशंसक हैं और लगभग आठ महीने तक अपनी योजना पर काम करते हैं। उन्हें पता है कि अधिकांश मामलों को सुलझाने में पुलिस मोबाइल लोकेशन और CCTV कैमरों की मदद लेती है, इसलिए वे इन सभी पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखकर तैयारी करते हैं।
