A Wife’s Disappearance and a Murder Mystery
Arun Sonkar is a deeply religious man with unwavering faith in God. He credits much of his business success to the guidance of his Tantrik Guru and does not tolerate any disruption to his religious practices.
His wife, Gayatri Sonkar, becomes the target of his constant suspicion. Arun is convinced that she is secretly meeting another man whenever he is away. Over time, his accusations and emotional harassment become unbearable. Eventually, Gayatri leaves home, leaving behind a letter stating that she is frustrated with her life and intends to end it.
Arun files a missing person complaint and informs the police that cash and jewelry worth approximately ₹9 lakh are also missing from the house.
Years pass, but the police are unable to trace Gayatri. During this period, Arun befriends a woman named Archana through Facebook. Although they frequently speak on the phone, they have never met in person.
Arun’s cousin Keshav stands by him throughout the ordeal. However, he remains puzzled by one question: if Gayatri truly intended to commit suicide, why would she take such a large amount of cash and jewelry with her?
Arun regrets his past behavior, especially when he sees how deeply his children miss their mother.
Then the case takes a shocking turn.
Police discover Keshav’s body inside his car parked on the roadside. His throat has been slit, and there are no identification documents or personal belongings near the body. Investigators now find themselves dealing with not one mystery, but two seemingly connected cases.

अरुण एक धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति का इंसान है जिसकी भगवान में बहुत श्रद्धा है। वह अपनी पूजा-पाठ में किसी भी प्रकार की रुकावट बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकता। उसका व्यवसाय अच्छा चल रहा है और इसका पूरा श्रेय वह अपने तांत्रिक गुरु को देता है।
गायत्री सोनकर उसकी पत्नी है, लेकिन अरुण उस पर बेवजह शक करता रहता है। उसे लगता है कि गायत्री उसकी अनुपस्थिति में किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति से मिलती है। लगातार तानों और आरोपों से परेशान होकर एक दिन गायत्री घर छोड़ देती है और पीछे एक पत्र छोड़ जाती है, जिसमें वह लिखती है कि वह आत्महत्या करने जा रही है।
अरुण पुलिस में उसकी गुमशुदगी की शिकायत दर्ज कराता है और बताता है कि गायत्री के साथ घर से लगभग नौ लाख रुपये के गहने और नकदी भी गायब हैं।
समय बीतता जाता है, लेकिन गायत्री का कोई पता नहीं चलता। इसी दौरान अरुण फेसबुक पर अर्चना नाम की एक लड़की के संपर्क में आता है। दोनों फोन पर बातचीत करते हैं, लेकिन कभी मिले नहीं हैं।
केशव, अरुण का चचेरा भाई, इस कठिन समय में उसका साथ देता है। उसे भी यह बात समझ नहीं आती कि यदि गायत्री आत्महत्या करने जा रही थी, तो वह नकदी और गहने साथ क्यों ले गई।
अरुण को अपने व्यवहार पर पछतावा होने लगता है क्योंकि उसके बच्चे अपनी मां को बहुत याद करते हैं।
इसी बीच एक और सनसनीखेज घटना होती है। केशव की हत्या कर दी जाती है और उसकी लाश सड़क किनारे खड़ी उसकी कार के अंदर मिलती है। उसका गला रेता गया होता है और उसके पास कोई पहचान पत्र भी नहीं मिलता।
