Neetha started doing TV series with Character of Gauri in Ghar ki laxmi, Betiyan on Zee TV. Then she played role of Dr. Archita in Ekta Kapoor’s Kahin to hoga. She can be seen doing episodic roles in Sony TV’s CID and Aahat and Life Ok’s Savdhan India. She is also playing a role in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap Episodes roping in Neetha Shetty
