Crime Patrol | Rajesh’s son Aadi goes missing while enjoying at beach with Purvi (Episode 22 on 9 July 2011)

The office buzzed with routine noise when Raj (played by Harsh Khurana)casually announced his transfer to Pune. The words were simple, but for Purvi (played by Geetanjali Mishra), they landed heavily. She forced a smile, though something inside her quietly fractured. That same day, Raj’s young son Adi complained of boredom, and Purvi quickly suggested a trip to the beach. Raj agreed without much thought.

By evening, everything had changed. Purvi was found unconscious on the sand… and Adi was gone.

When she regained consciousness, her eyes seemed distant. She claimed someone had sprayed something on her, and after that, her memory dissolved into darkness. But the inspector sensed something off—her pauses felt rehearsed, her confusion too precise. As questions deepened, so did the past.

Raj, his wife Shweta (played by Auroshikha Dey), and Purvi once shared more than just a workplace. Purvi had loved him—silently, intensely—and lost him. Twice, she had made painful choices when Raj chose Shweta instead. Time had passed, but the hurt had not.

The transfer was the final crack.

As the investigation unfolded, the truth surfaced slowly. The beach incident had been staged. Purvi had taken Adi herself, carrying out a plan that crossed a line she could never return from.

When she finally confessed, her voice was calm, almost hollow. She said she wanted Raj to feel the same emptiness she had lived with—to lose everything, just as she believed she had.

Adi’s body was eventually found. The case was closed. Justice, on paper, was served.

But something lingered beneath the surface—an uneasy silence, as if the real story wasn’t just about revenge, but about something that had been breaking long before anyone thought to notice.

ऑफिस की हलचल के बीच राज ने सहज आवाज़ में कहा कि उसका ट्रांसफर पुणे हो गया है। शब्द साधारण थे, लेकिन पुरवी के लिए जैसे सब कुछ खामोश हो गया। उसने मुस्कुराने की कोशिश की, पर भीतर कुछ टूट रहा था। उसी दिन राज का छोटा बेटा आदि ऊबते हुए बोला कि उसे कहीं बाहर जाना है। पुरवी ने तुरंत समुद्र किनारे जाने का सुझाव दिया—राज ने बिना सोचे हाँ कर दी।

शाम तक खबर आई कि बीच पर पुरवी बेहोश मिली है… और आदि गायब है।

होश में आने पर पुरवी की आँखों में खालीपन था। उसने कहा कि किसी ने उस पर कुछ स्प्रे किया, और उसके बाद सब धुंधला है। लेकिन इंस्पेक्टर को उसकी बातों में ठहराव से ज़्यादा बनावट महसूस हुई। सवाल गहराए, तो पुराने रिश्तों की परतें खुलने लगीं—राज, उसकी पत्नी श्वेता, और पुरवी… एक अधूरी कहानी, जो कभी खत्म नहीं हुई थी।

पुरवी का प्यार कभी स्वीकार नहीं हुआ। दो बार उसने अपने ही फैसलों का बोझ उठाया, जब राज ने श्वेता को चुना। समय बीत गया, पर उसके भीतर जमा हुआ दर्द सड़ता रहा। ट्रांसफर की खबर ने जैसे आखिरी धक्का दिया।

जांच आगे बढ़ी तो सच सामने आने लगा—बीच पर हुआ सब एक नाटक था। पुरवी ने ही आदि को अपने साथ लिया था। उसने एक लंबा सफर तय किया, एक ऐसा फैसला लेते हुए जिससे लौटना संभव नहीं था।

जब सच्चाई आखिरकार शब्दों में बदली, कमरे में सन्नाटा फैल गया। उसने कहा कि वह राज को वही दर्द देना चाहती थी जो उसने खुद सहा था—सब कुछ खो देने का दर्द।

आदि का शव बाद में मिला। केस बंद हो गया, सज़ा तय हो गई।

लेकिन कुछ सवाल हवा में रह गए—क्या यह सिर्फ बदले की कहानी थी, या उस खामोशी की, जिसे किसी ने समय रहते सुना ही नहीं…
