A horrifying tale of superstition, black magic, and human sacrifice
This episode of Crime Patrol Satark highlights the dangerous practices of black magic, witchcraft, and superstition that still exist in the 21st century. The story explores how fake tantriks and self-proclaimed spiritual healers exploit innocent people who blindly believe in such practices.
Kashi is a widow and the mother of three children. Sakshi is one of them. She is an intelligent girl who enjoys teaching children. Meenal, Kashi’s neighbor, fights with her family almost every day. She often taunts Kashi, blaming her for her husband’s death. Meenal’s mother-in-law is considered a powerful spiritual figure and is respected by many people in the village.
While Kashi is blessed with three children, Meenal has been unable to conceive even after the age of 30, which becomes another reason for her jealousy toward Kashi. One evening, Sakshi suddenly goes missing. Her mother files a missing complaint with the police, and the investigation begins.
क्राइम पेट्रोल का यह एपिसोड भारत के उस हिस्से पर प्रकाश डालता है जहाँ आज भी अंधविश्वास और काले जादू जैसी धारणाओं पर विश्वास किया जाता है। उत्तर प्रदेश के एक गाँव की यह कहानी दिखाती है कि कैसे एक तांत्रिक के झांसे में आकर एक नाबालिग लड़की की बलि दे दी जाती है।
काशी के तीन बच्चे हैं, जिनमें से एक साक्षी है। साक्षी अपने दो भाइयों की अकेली बहन है। उसके पिता की मृत्यु बहुत पहले हो चुकी थी और उसकी माँ ने उसे बड़े प्यार से पाला है। साक्षी एक समझदार और होनहार लड़की है जिसे बच्चों को पढ़ाना पसंद है।
साक्षी के घर के पास रहने वाली मीनल का हर रोज़ काशी से झगड़ा होता रहता है। वह काशी को ताना देती है कि वह अपने पति को “खा गई” है। मीनल की सास को लोग बहुत मानते हैं और उसे भगवान की बड़ी भक्त माना जाता है। दूसरी ओर, काशी के तीन बच्चे हैं जबकि मीनल 30 की उम्र पार करने के बाद भी निःसंतान है, जिसके कारण वह काशी से ईर्ष्या करती है।
एक शाम अचानक साक्षी गायब हो जाती है। उसकी माँ अपने भाई के साथ पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर उसकी गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराती है।
