Girdhar Bisht hails from Bindampur Village and he is a school teacher at Dehradoon. He likes to spend his holidays at home. Girdhar's family is a joint family where besides Girdhar and his wife, his brother and his family lives. His brother has two daughters. Elder one is Preeti (real name Shwetha Chandrashekar Haarigency, 22 and played by Vinita Joshi Thakkar) and younger one's name is Nootan (real name Sushma Chandrashekar Haarigency and played by Sabina Jat). Girdhar's only son lives abroad. Preeti is was not good in studies and she is a college dropout. She also has affair with Ajit Jogi (real name Ravi Shankar Naukudakar, 22 and played by Saheem Khan) who is a history sheeter. In police records he has been involve in few burglary cases. Preeti's family is completely against their relation. During all this family decides to send Preeti with his uncle Girhar Bisht but Preeti cameback after some time.

A day while travelling from his hostel to home, two men on bike opened shot him from close range but before getting unconscious he calls hospital. After sometimes ambulance comes and brings Girdhar with them. Police call his family on basis of his ID card found from the spot.

There was another story with Preeti when she was studying in college. A guy name Johny Garg was fallen in love with her and he wanted to marry her. Near everyone in the college was aware of Johny's feelings about Preeti.

गिरधर बिष्ठ देहरादून के एक स्कूल में टीचर है जो की बिन्दमपुर गाँव से सम्बन्ध रखते हैं. अपनी नौकरी के चलते वो छुट्टियों में अपने घर आते जाते हैं. घर पर उनकी पत्नी और उनके अलावा उनका भाई और उसका परिवार रहता है. गिरधर बिष्ठ एक एक बेटा है जो की देश से बाहर रहता है. उनके भाई की दो बेटियां हैं. बड़ी का नाम प्रीती और छोटी का नाम नूतन है. प्रीती कुछ बिगडैल टाइप की है जिसका चोरी चाकरी करने वाले एक छोटे मोटे अपराधी से चक्कर है जो की उसके घर वालों को बिलकुल भी पसंद नहीं है और इसके चलते वो उसको उसके ताऊ गिरधर के साथ देहरादून रहने के लिए भेज देते हैं मगर कुछ समय बाद प्रीती वापस आ जाती है.

कॉलेज में छुट्टी होने पर गिरधर एक दिन अपने स्कूटर से देहरादून से अपने घर के लिए जा रहे थे की अचानक एक बाइक पर सवार दो लोगों में से एक उनपर गोलियां चालाता है. गिरधर बिष्ठ को गोलियां लगती हैं और वो सड़क पर बुरी तरह से गिर पड़ते हैं. बेहोश होते होते वो एम्बुलेंस को फ़ोन कर देते हैं. कुछ समय बाद एम्बुलेंस आ जाती है और उनको अस्पताल के जाती है. उसके आईडी कार्ड के आधार पर उनके घर पर सूचित किया जाता है.

इन सब के अलावा करीब दो साल पहले जब प्रीती कॉलेज में पढ़ती थी तब जानी गर्ग नाम एक लड़का उस पर जान देता था. पूरे कॉलेज में सभी को पता था की जानी प्रीती को प्यार करता है मगर प्रीती उसको बिलकुल भी भाव नहीं देती थी.
