A businessman from Lucknow is found hanging from a ceiling fan inside his office cabin. The body is first discovered by his younger brother, Rajat, who was spending time with his girlfriend on the office premises. Instead of informing the police, Rajat flees the scene with her. The police later arrive after receiving a complaint from another source.
The most unusual aspect of the case is that the deceased, Sunil, is found wearing a red saree. When his wife, Anjali, arrives at the office, she is also wearing a saree of the same color, raising further suspicion among investigators.
Several employees tell the police that Sunil and Rajat had a strained relationship, leading investigators to consider Rajat a possible suspect. While examining Sunil’s financial records, police discover that a substantial amount of money had been withdrawn from his bank account in the days leading up to his death.

Meanwhile, Rajat tells the police that Sunil was Anjali’s second husband and suggests that someone connected to her past may also have a motive for the crime.
