Farmer Dinesh Paswan is brutally murdered by the Shukla gang after refusing to pay extortion money. Brothers Rajiv Shukla and Mukesh Shukla, founders of the gang, become the prime accused in the case. Dinesh Paswan’s father is the main eyewitness to the murder, but the gang later kills him and his wife early one morning despite two police constables being assigned to protect them.
Police launch a major operation to capture the Shukla brothers, but they continue to evade arrest.
Meanwhile, another farmer named Gaurav lives in the same village with his younger brother Veeru. One day, Mukesh Shukla arrives at Gaurav’s farm and threatens him to pay ten lakh rupees by the next morning or face deadly consequences. Gaurav shares the threat with his family and decides to inform the police.
Veeru strongly opposes paying extortion money, believing that giving in to the gang’s demands would only encourage them further. The next morning, Gaurav informs the police instead of paying the money. However, a few days later, Rajiv and Mukesh Shukla publicly shoot Gaurav dead in a marketplace in front of his mother.
After Gaurav’s murder, Veeru vows to take revenge and seeks guidance from his friend Prabhakar Bhaiya. A few days later, a group of armed men discovers the secret hideout of the Shukla gang and launches a sudden attack. During the encounter, Rajiv Shukla and several gang members are killed, while Mukesh Shukla narrowly escapes despite suffering a bullet injury in his leg.
Police later arrest Mukesh Shukla, but the violence still continues. While Veeru is away at the farm with his father, two attackers enter their home and open fire. Veeru’s mother, sister, and two police constables posted for protection are killed in the attack. Another constable is left unconscious, while the fourth officer had already gone to the farm with Veeru.
Even Mukesh Shukla is shocked after learning about the attack because he claims he never ordered revenge against Veeru’s family.

दिनेश पासवान के पिता इस हत्या के मुख्य चश्मदीद गवाह थे। पुलिस ने उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए दो कांस्टेबल तैनात किए थे, लेकिन एक सुबह शुक्ला बंधुओं ने पुलिस की लापरवाही का फायदा उठाकर दोनों बुजुर्ग माता-पिता की भी गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी।
इसके बाद पुलिस शुक्ला बंधुओं की तलाश शुरू करती है, लेकिन वे लगातार फरार रहते हैं। इसी गांव में गौरव नाम का एक किसान भी रहता है। एक दिन मुकेश शुक्ला उसके खेत में पहुंचकर उसे अगले दिन सुबह तक दस लाख रुपये देने की धमकी देता है।
गौरव यह बात अपने परिवार को बताता है। उसका छोटा भाई वीरू पैसे देने का विरोध करता है और कहता है कि इससे अपराधियों के हौसले और बढ़ेंगे। अगले दिन गौरव पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दे देता है, लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद राजीव और मुकेश शुक्ला दिनदहाड़े बाजार में उसकी मां के सामने गौरव की हत्या कर देते हैं।
गौरव की हत्या के बाद वीरू बदला लेने का फैसला करता है और अपने दोस्त प्रभाकर भैया से सलाह लेता है। कुछ दिन बाद एक गुप्त ठिकाने पर हमला होता है जहां शुक्ला बंधु छिपे हुए थे। इस मुठभेड़ में राजीव शुक्ला और उसके कई साथी मारे जाते हैं, जबकि मुकेश शुक्ला घायल हालत में भाग निकलता है।
बाद में पुलिस मुकेश शुक्ला को गिरफ्तार कर लेती है, लेकिन हिंसा यहीं नहीं रुकती। वीरू के घर पर हमला कर उसकी मां, बहन और सुरक्षा में तैनात दो पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या कर दी जाती है। यह सुनकर खुद मुकेश शुक्ला भी हैरान रह जाता है क्योंकि उसके अनुसार उसने ऐसा कोई हमला नहीं करवाया था।
