Vijaylal Kushwaha is the father of three sons — Balraj Kushwaha (real name Laxman Singh Saini, played by Sriraj Singh), Praveen Kushwaha (played by Sunil Saraswat) and Shivraj Kushwaha (real name Tinku, played by Puneet Kumar). One dark night, just after electricity returns, Vijaylal asks his sons to go to the farm for irrigation work.
Balraj, Praveen, and Praveen’s son head towards the fields carrying torches. Upon reaching the farm, they discover another villager, Dharam Purohit, already there with his hands and mouth tied with ropes. Two masked men holding swords have captured him. The attackers remain silent and threaten everyone with their weapons before tying up all three men as well.
The masked men then begin taking the captives one by one behind a distant tree before bringing them back. However, when Balraj is taken nearly 100 meters away, he never returns. After some time, Praveen somehow manages to free himself and unties the others. Terrified and shocked, all four rush back to the village and inform everyone about the horrifying incident.
Meanwhile, Balraj’s younger brother Shivraj returns from Kanpur and is shocked to see a large crowd gathered outside the house. The police are informed and immediately begin searching for Balraj. During the investigation, officers discover Balraj’s headless torso hidden somewhere in the fields.
मुरादाबाद-आगरा नेशनल हाईवे पर स्थित शिमलाठेर गांव थाना कुंदरकी के अंतर्गत आता है। पिछले साल 9 सितम्बर को इसी गांव के रहने वाले दो भाई लक्ष्मण और ओमकार अपने भतीजे शिवम के साथ खेत में पानी लगाने पहुंचे थे। दिन में बिजली नहीं होने की वजह से उन्हें रात में खेत जाना पड़ा था और अंधेरा होने के कारण वे टॉर्च भी साथ ले गए थे।
खेत में पहुंचने के बाद उन्हें कुछ आहट सुनाई दी। टॉर्च की रोशनी में उन्होंने देखा कि वहां चार लोग हथियार लेकर खड़े थे। उन्होंने गांव के ही बबलू को बांध रखा था, जो गांव का एक प्रभावशाली व्यक्ति था। तीनों यह समझ गए कि मामला गंभीर है, लेकिन जब उन्होंने वहां से भागने की कोशिश की तो एक बदमाश ने उन्हें धमकी दी — “अगर भागे तो गोलियों से छलनी कर दिए जाओगे। जहां हो वहीं रुक जाओ।”
तीनों निहत्थे थे, इसलिए वहीं रुक गए। बदमाश उन्हें बबलू के पास ले आए और सभी को बांध दिया। इसके बाद उनमें से एक बदमाश लक्ष्मण को करीब 100 मीटर दूर ले गया, जबकि दूसरा हथियारबंद बदमाश बाकी लोगों पर नजर रखता रहा। कुछ मिनट बाद वह वापस लौटा और बोला, “लड़का तो अच्छा है…”
