State v/s Nikhil Bhosle

Tanuja Satam aka Tanu (played by Shipra Rastogi) wants to end her life because her private videos got uploaded on the internet by someone. Her brother informs her about this who has seen her video himself on a porn website. Tanu is shaken after watching her own video. She cant believe that her private video that was safe in her cell phone got leaked. The sibling shares this with their parents and Tanu tells them that these videos must be uploaded by her Ex Boyfriend Nikhil Bhosle who wanted to teach her a lesson.

Nikhil is a BTech final year student who is Tanu's neighbor as well while Tanu is a student of First Year. On her complaint, police arrests Nikhil and then a court case starts between both parties. At one hand Tanu is saying that Nikhil has stolen these videos from her phone but in the other hand Nikhil is saying that they were an unmatched couple and when he decided to get separated from her, she made this cheap plan to upload her own video over then internet to trap him.

तनुजा साटम उर्फ़ तनु आत्महत्या करना चाहती है क्यूँ कि उसका एक प्राइवट विडीओ इंटर्नेट पर अपलोड किया गया है. इसकी जानकारी उसको उसका भाई देता है जो एक दिन अचानक एक पॉर्न साइट पर तनु का विडीओ देखता है. तनु ये देख कर बुरी तरह से हिल जाती है की ये सच में उसका वीडियो है जो उसने ख़ुद शूट कर के अपने फ़ोन में रखा था. ये बात तनु के माता-पिता के साथ भी शेयर की जाती है जिनको तनु बताती है कि ये वीडियो उसके एक्स बॉफ़्रेंड निखिल ने अपलोड किया है जो कि उसको सबक़ सिखाना चाहता था.

निखिल तनु के घर के पास ही रहता था जो कि बीटेक फ़ाइनल ईयर का स्टूडेंट है जब कि तनु फ़र्स्ट ईयर में पढ़ती है. निखिल के ख़िलाफ़ पुलिस कम्प्लाइयंट दर्ज कर के उसे अरेस्ट किया जाता है और फिर दोनो के बीच पक्षों के बीच कोर्ट केस शुरू होता है. एक तरफ़ तनु कह रही है की निखिल ने ये फ़ोटोज़ उसके मोबाइल से चुराए और दूसरी तरफ़ निखिल बोल रहा है की उन दोनो के बीच मेल नहीं था और जब उसने तनु से अलग होने की कोशिश करी तो तनु ने साज़िश के तहत उसे फ़साने के लिए ये वीडियो इंटर्नेट पर अपलोड कर दिए.
