State v/s Nikhil Bhosle | राज्य बनाम निखिल भोसले
Tanuja Satam aka Tanu (played by Shipra Rastogi) wants to end her life after her private videos are uploaded to the internet. Her brother informs her after discovering one of the videos on an adult website. Tanu is devastated after watching the clip and cannot believe that a private video stored safely on her phone has been leaked.
The siblings share the matter with their parents, and Tanu tells them that the videos were likely uploaded by her ex-boyfriend, Nikhil Bhosle (played by Akash Makhija), who wanted to teach her a lesson.
Nikhil, a final-year B.Tech student and Tanu’s neighbour, had been in a relationship with her while she was a first-year student. Following Tanu’s complaint, the police arrest Nikhil and a court case begins between both parties. While Tanu alleges that Nikhil stole the videos from her phone and uploaded them online, Nikhil claims that they were incompatible as a couple and that Tanu uploaded the videos herself to falsely implicate him after their breakup.

तनुजा साटम उर्फ़ तनु खुद को खत्म करना चाहती है क्योंकि उसका एक प्राइवेट वीडियो इंटरनेट पर अपलोड कर दिया गया है। इसकी जानकारी उसे उसका भाई देता है, जिसने एक दिन अचानक एक पॉर्न वेबसाइट पर तनु का वीडियो देख लिया था। तनु यह देखकर बुरी तरह हिल जाती है कि यह सचमुच उसका ही वीडियो है, जिसे उसने खुद रिकॉर्ड करके अपने फोन में सुरक्षित रखा था।
यह बात उसके माता-पिता को भी बताई जाती है, जिनसे तनु कहती है कि यह वीडियो उसके एक्स बॉयफ्रेंड निखिल ने अपलोड किया है, जो उसे सबक सिखाना चाहता था।
निखिल तनु के घर के पास रहता था और बीटेक फाइनल ईयर का छात्र है, जबकि तनु फर्स्ट ईयर में पढ़ती है। निखिल के खिलाफ पुलिस शिकायत दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार किया जाता है और फिर दोनों पक्षों के बीच अदालत में मामला शुरू होता है। एक तरफ तनु का कहना है कि निखिल ने उसके मोबाइल से वीडियो चुराकर इंटरनेट पर अपलोड किए, जबकि निखिल का दावा है कि दोनों के बीच तालमेल नहीं था और जब उसने रिश्ता खत्म करने की कोशिश की, तब तनु ने उसे फंसाने के लिए खुद ही वीडियो इंटरनेट पर अपलोड किए।
