Girish Kaushal Murder Case | Crime Patrol Satark

Girish Kaushal is a politician who also owns a travel agency and runs a real estate business. He is the father of two daughters, Madhuri and Shweta. His eldest son died in an accident a few months earlier. For several days, Girish has been receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers. The caller demands 3 crore rupees as extortion money and threatens to kill him if the amount is not paid.

Girish ignores these calls because he believes such threats are common in businesses involving huge amounts of money. The extortionist is later identified as Vinay Parihar, who is arrested along with his brother during a police raid at a brothel. Police recover illegal weapons from them and arrest both brothers under the Arms Act.

A few months later, two bikers wearing helmets arrive at Girish’s house and open fire on him just as he is entering the gate. After shooting him, both assailants flee from the scene. Girish dies on the spot.

Police and their informers fail to find any clues about the contract killers. Meanwhile, the two shooters wait for the remaining amount of their 6 lakh rupee contract. They become furious because the man who hired them has paid only 50 thousand rupees so far.

गिरीश कौशल एक सफल रियल एस्टेट ब्रोकर और राजनीतिज्ञ है। उसका करोड़ों का कारोबार है। गिरीश को पिछले कई दिनों से धमकी भरे फोन आ रहे हैं कि वो तीन करोड़ रुपये दे, वरना उसे मार डाला जाएगा। उसके घरवालों को चिंता है कि ये फोन कौन कर रहा है, मगर गिरीश इस बात से निश्चिंत है क्योंकि इस तरह के फोन करोड़ों के कारोबार में आम बात मानी जाती है।

गिरीश को धमकी देने वाले व्यक्ति का नाम विनय परिहार है, जो अपने भाई के साथ मिलकर ये कॉल कर रहा है। गिरीश उसकी बातों को हल्के में ले रहा है, इसलिए विनय अब गिरीश पर हमला करने की योजना बनाता है। मगर जिस दिन वो हमला करने वाला होता है, उससे एक दिन पहले ही पुलिस उसे पकड़ लेती है। पुलिस विनय को तब गिरफ्तार करती है जब वह एक कोठे में मौजूद होता है। पुलिस वहां किसी और को पकड़ने गई होती है, मगर छापे के दौरान विनय कुछ रिवॉल्वर के साथ पकड़ा जाता है। इसके बाद पुलिस उसे आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत जेल भेज देती है।

विनय की गिरफ्तारी के कुछ समय बाद, रात के समय जब गिरीश अपने घर में प्रवेश कर रहा होता है, तभी दो बाइक सवार हेलमेट पहने लोग अचानक उस पर गोलियां बरसा देते हैं, जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो जाती है।

एक तरफ पुलिस और उनके खबरियों के पास इस हत्या से जुड़ा कोई सुराग नहीं है, वहीं दूसरी ओर वे दोनों शार्प शूटर एक लॉज में अपनी छह लाख की सुपारी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। मगर जिसने उन्हें सुपारी दी थी, वह पूरी रकम देने में असमर्थता जता रहा है।
