Four-year-old Varun suddenly disappears from Delhi’s Nangloi area, sending his parents, Suresh and Rekha, into panic. They search the neighborhood with local residents, but there is no trace of him. Suresh, a marble-cutting and polishing contractor, initially tells police that Varun went outside to play and never returned. The case takes a darker turn when a caller identifying himself as Dharam demands ₹20,000 for the child’s safe return. Soon, another man named Amar makes contact. The kidnappers repeatedly change the ransom location, yet fail to appear at the arranged meeting points.
As police investigate, inconsistencies in Suresh’s account begin raising suspicion. Dharam and Amar are discovered to be people Suresh already knows, and both have mysteriously disappeared. Under pressure, Suresh finally admits that he concealed a crucial part of the story. The trail leads investigators into his troubled past involving Rajan, once his most skilled marble worker, and Suresh’s wife Rekha. An old personal conflict had transformed their relationships and connected Dharam and Amar to a bitter dispute involving money, betrayal and family.
