2017 का चौदहवाँ केस | Case 14/2017

Police arrest physiotherapist Dinesh Kaushal in a case of assault. Dinesh attacked banker Praveen Jaiswal in the market while he was leaving for his home from his office. When Praveen was about to take an auto-rickshaw for his home, suddenly Dinesh came from behind and injected a syringe into his neck.

Local people who saw him injecting immediately chased him and handed him over to the police. On the other hand, Praveen was admitted to the hospital where, according to doctors, his condition was serious. Doctors said that the syringe injected into him had a lethal combination of anaesthesia medicines. During interrogation, Dinesh told police that he had stolen these medicines from a hospital inventory a month earlier.

When the police interrogated him further, he told them that it was not his plan but Praveen’s wife Gauri and her brother’s plan because they never wanted Gauri to marry Praveen. Dinesh told police that Gauri’s brother also promised him a large amount of money for his clinic if he killed Praveen.

When police started investigating Gauri and her brother’s phone records, they did not find anything suspicious. The next day, doctors at the hospital declared Praveen dead.

पुलिस दिनेश कौशल नाम के एक आदमी को अरेस्ट करती है जो की पेशे से फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट है। उस पर इल्जाम है की उसने एक बैंक कर्मचारी प्रवीण जायसवाल पर जानलेवा हमला किया है। दिनेश ने एक जानलेवा इंजेक्शन को प्रवीण के गले में तब घुसेड़ दिया जब वो एक ऑटो रिक्शा में चढ़ने ही वाला था। दिनेश बताता है की उसने तीन इंजेक्शन एक महीने पहले एक अस्पताल की इन्वेंटरी से चुराए थे और इन तीनों बेहोशी के इंजेक्शन्स को आपस में मिला कर वो इंजेक्शन तैयार किया था जो प्रवीण को लगाया गया।

सख्ती से पूछताछ करने पर दिनेश बताता है की उसको प्रवीण की हत्या के लिए प्रवीण की बहन गौरी और गौरी के भाई ने सुपारी दी थी क्योंकि गौरी और उसका भाई चाहते थे की गौरी की शादी किसी और लड़के से हो सके जो उसके भाई के बिज़नेस में भी कुछ पैसा लगा सकता है। पुलिस गौरी और उसके भाई से कड़ी पूछताछ करती है और सबके फ़ोन रिकॉर्ड भी खंगालती है मगर कुछ पुख्ता सबूत हाथ नहीं लगता।

अगले दिन अस्पताल के डॉक्टर बताते हैं की प्रवीण अब मर चुका है।
