Roshni Patel (real name Deepal Patel, 23) is a young MBA student from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. On 2 February 2010, while returning home after attending her classes, she meets with a severe road accident under mysterious circumstances.

A police officer, played by Mohit Chauhan, rushes Roshni to the hospital where doctors declare that she has slipped into a coma. However, after examining the crime scene and road conditions, police begin suspecting that the incident may not have been an ordinary accident.

Roshni’s brother Jeetu (real name Dharmendra) and his wife are shown to have ongoing tensions with her. As the investigation continues, police try to uncover whether the accident was actually a planned attack.

After remaining in a coma for nearly 11 months, Roshni finally regains consciousness. Initially, she is unable to recognize anyone or remember the incident. But gradually, fragments of her memory begin returning. Eventually, Roshni recalls the horrifying truth and reveals the identities of the people responsible for attacking her.

रोशनी पटेल (असली नाम दीपल पटेल, उम्र 23 वर्ष) अहमदाबाद, गुजरात की एक MBA छात्रा है। 2 फरवरी 2010 को क्लास से लौटते समय उसका एक गंभीर सड़क हादसा हो जाता है।

पुलिस अधिकारी, जिसकी भूमिका मोहित चौहान ने निभाई है, रोशनी को तुरंत अस्पताल पहुंचाता है जहां डॉक्टर उसे कोमा में घोषित कर देते हैं। लेकिन घटनास्थल और सड़क की परिस्थितियों को देखकर पुलिस को शक होने लगता है कि यह सिर्फ एक सामान्य दुर्घटना नहीं थी।

रोशनी का भाई जीतू (असली नाम धर्मेंद्र) और उसकी पत्नी के साथ उसके रिश्ते अच्छे नहीं होते। जांच के दौरान पुलिस यह पता लगाने की कोशिश करती है कि कहीं यह हादसा सुनियोजित हमला तो नहीं था।

करीब 11 महीने तक कोमा में रहने के बाद रोशनी को होश आता है, लेकिन शुरुआत में वह किसी को पहचान नहीं पाती। धीरे-धीरे उसकी याददाश्त लौटने लगती है और अंत में वह उन लोगों का नाम बताती है जिन्होंने उस पर हमला किया था।
