In Ahmedabad, 26-year-old Vishal Panchal, a technical engineer, disappears on July 19, 2009. His frantic parents file a missing complaint. Police discover his last call was to Manisha Shah, an old friend. Manisha claims they are just professional acquaintances, but police suspect otherwise.

Days later, a half-burned body is found near Tarapur village on the SG Highway, alongside Vishal’s Honda Activa scooter. The body has fifteen stab wounds. The scooter bears bloodstains that do not match the victim’s blood, suggesting the killers were also injured.

Vishal’s parents identify the body. Investigation reveals that Vishal and Manisha were in a relationship for years, which ended three years ago. Manisha has moved on with Suraj, her colleague. However, Vishal refuses to accept the breakup. He secretly recorded an intimate MMS of Manisha and began blackmailing her, threatening to show it to her parents, Suraj, and even post it online.

Desperate and terrified, Manisha confides in Suraj. They decide on a “permanent solution.” Manisha calls Vishal to her flat, pretending she wants to reunite. When Vishal arrives, a confrontation ensues. Suraj attacks him. In the ensuing struggle, they stab Vishal fifteen times. To destroy evidence, they stuff his body in a sack, load it onto his own scooter, and dump both in a jungle near Tarapur. They try to burn the body but fail. Manisha submerges Vishal’s phone and pen drive containing the MMS in a nearby pond.

Police trace Manisha’s phone location to the crime scene. Bloodstains on the scooter match her and Suraj. Both confess. Manisha says she had no choice – her family’s honor was at stake. The episode ends with a grim reminder: anger and jealousy destroy three families, leaving society stunned.

अहमदाबाद में 26 वर्षीय टेक्निकल इंजीनियर विशाल पांचाल 19 जुलाई 2009 को लापता हो जाता है। उसके माता-पिता पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करवाते हैं। जांच में पता चलता है कि विशाल की आखिरी कॉल मनीषा शाह को गई थी, जो उसकी पुरानी दोस्त है। मनीषा दावा करती है कि उनके बीच सिर्फ पेशेवर संबंध हैं, लेकिन पुलिस को शक है।

विशाल के पिता शव की पहचान करते हैं। पता चलता है कि विशाल और मनीषा का कई सालों तक अफेयर था, जो तीन साल पहले खत्म हो गया। मनीषा अब अपने सहकर्मी सूरज के साथ है। विशाल यह बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पाता। उसने मनीषा का अंतरंग MMS बना लिया था और उसे ब्लैकमेल करना शुरू कर दिया – माता-पिता, सूरज और इंटरनेट पर डालने की धमकी।

तंग आकर मनीषा सूरज को सब बता देती है। वे “स्थायी समाधान” निकालते हैं। मनीषा विशाल को अपने फ्लैट बुलाती है, मिलने का झांसा देकर। विशाल आता है। झगड़ा बढ़ता है और सूरज उस पर हमला कर देता है। दोनों मिलकर विशाल को पंद्रह बार चाकू मारते हैं। लाश को बोरी में डालकर उसी की स्कूटर पर जंगल में फेंक देते हैं। लाश जलाने की कोशिश करते हैं लेकिन नाकाम रहते हैं। मनीषा विशाल का फोन और पेन ड्राइव (जिसमें MMS है) तालाब में डुबो देती है।

पुलिस मनीषा के फोन की लोकेशन क्राइम सीन से मैच कराती है। स्कूटर पर उसके और सूरज के खून के धब्बे मिलते हैं। दोनों कबूल कर लेते हैं। मनीषा कहती है – इज्जत बचाने के लिए उसके पास कोई चारा नहीं था। कहानी का अंत: गुस्सा और ईर्ष्या तीन परिवारों को बर्बाद कर देते हैं।
