The story begins at Green Park, a quiet yet promising location where plans are underway to build a luxurious resort. Uday, a businessman involved in the project, appears successful and composed on the outside—but internally, he is deeply disturbed. He lives in constant fear of his twin brother Vijay, a man he claims is dangerous, manipulative, and obsessed with violence.
Uday’s wife, Neena, shares her concern. She explains that Vijay appears suddenly, fills Uday’s mind with thoughts of greed and murder, and then disappears just as mysteriously. Strangely, Neena herself has never truly met Vijay—everything she knows about him comes only from Uday. Still, she is convinced that Vijay is a criminal influence who could destroy their lives.
