Meghna Chandra (played by Vaibhavi Upadhyaya), a 17-year-old girl, walks into an airline company hoping to secure a job. Initially rejected because of her age, her fortunes suddenly change when the company’s owner, Harish Puri, takes a personal interest in her.
A wealthy and influential businessman, Harish not only offers Meghna a job but also begins showering her with expensive gifts, including a car. He frequently visits her home and wins over her family with his generosity.
Over time, Meghna falls deeply in love with him despite knowing that Harish is married and has a daughter nearly her age. Their relationship becomes more complicated when Meghna becomes pregnant.
When Meghna pressures Harish to marry her, he claims that his marriage was forced upon him at a young age and promises to divorce his wife. Before that, however, he convinces Meghna to terminate her pregnancy.
As Harish’s airline business begins struggling financially, he transfers Meghna to his Bangalore office and appoints her as a General Manager.
There, Meghna meets Bhawna (played by Monica Khanna), a woman who repeatedly questions her about her relationship with Harish. Their disagreements escalate into a confrontation, and Bhawna openly accuses Meghna of having an affair with him.
Furious and confused, Meghna decides to approach the police. However, the situation takes a shocking turn when Bhawna reveals that she is actually Harish Puri’s wife.
मेघना चंद्रा, जिसकी उम्र 18 साल है, एयर होस्टेस के इंटरव्यू के लिए एक कंपनी में जाती है। पहले उसे यह कहकर रिजेक्ट कर दिया जाता है कि उसकी उम्र कम है, मगर बाद में कंपनी का मालिक हरीश पूरी उसे नौकरी पर रख लेता है।
धीरे-धीरे हरीश, जो उम्र में मेघना से काफी बड़ा है, उसमें विशेष रुचि लेने लगता है। वह मेघना को एक महंगी कार उपहार में देता है और उसके परिवार को भी प्रभावित करता है।
मेघना को उससे प्यार हो जाता है, जबकि वह जानती है कि हरीश विवाहित है और उसकी एक बेटी भी है। बाद में दोनों के बीच शारीरिक संबंध बनते हैं और मेघना गर्भवती हो जाती है।
जब वह शादी के लिए दबाव डालती है, तो हरीश उसे गर्भपात कराने के लिए मना लेता है और वादा करता है कि वह जल्द ही अपनी पत्नी को तलाक दे देगा। कुछ समय बाद वह मेघना को बैंगलोर स्थित अपने होटल में जनरल मैनेजर की नौकरी दिला देता है।
वहीं उसकी मुलाकात भावना से होती है, जो उसके और हरीश के रिश्ते को लेकर सवाल उठाती है। दोनों के बीच विवाद बढ़ जाता है और आखिरकार भावना पुलिस के सामने यह खुलासा करती है कि वह हरीश की पत्नी है।
The Shocking Reality Behind the Geetika Sharma Case
This episode is inspired by the widely discussed Geetika Sharma case, which drew national attention because of allegations of harassment, abuse of influence, and exploitation.
Geetika Sharma died after allegedly facing sustained harassment connected to MDLR Airlines owner Gopal Goyal Kanda. Investigators recovered a suicide note in which she named individuals she believed were responsible for her distress.
According to reports, Geetika had previously left India to start a new life in Dubai. However, she later alleged that efforts were made to damage her professional reputation, resulting in the loss of employment opportunities and forcing her return to India.
Her family also alleged that she faced continuous pressure through legal threats, emails, and intimidation. The case generated extensive media coverage and led to a major criminal investigation.
According to investigative reports, Geetika had worked closely with senior management at MDLR. Evidence presented during the investigation included emails, phone records, witness statements, and other material examined by law enforcement agencies.
Another Victim Comes Forward
During the investigation, police also examined allegations made by model and actress Nupur Mehta, who claimed that she too had experienced harassment while working under Kanda.
According to media reports, Nupur and Geetika had worked together previously. Nupur alleged that even after resigning, pressure was exerted on her to return to work. Her statements became part of the broader investigation surrounding the case.
