Crime Patrol Satark – Episode Summary
30-year-old Nitin Mani was an interior designer from Delhi who met with a motorcycle accident in 2013. The accident was so severe that the lower half of his body became paralysed. Following the incident, he slipped into depression.
On the day of his sixth wedding anniversary with his wife Shweta, Nitin consumed excessive alcohol during a late-night celebration and eventually lost control of his senses.
In the middle of the night, he allegedly strangled his wife and child to death. He then attempted to take his own life, but after failing, he called the police himself and confessed to the entire incident.
At around 2:30 a.m., police arrived at the residence and rang the doorbell. Nitin’s mother opened the door and was shocked to see the officers standing outside.
The police informed her that her son had called them and reported the crime himself.

दिल्ली का 30 वर्षीय नितिन एक इंटीरियर डिज़ाइनर था, जिसका 2013 में मोटरसाइकिल दुर्घटना हो गया था। दुर्घटना इतनी गंभीर थी कि उसके शरीर का निचला हिस्सा पैरालाइज हो गया। इसके बाद वह गहरे अवसाद में चला गया था।
उस दिन नितिन और उसकी पत्नी श्वेता की शादी की छठी सालगिरह थी। रात की पार्टी में उसने बहुत अधिक शराब पी ली थी, जिसके बाद वह अपने होश में नहीं रहा।
आधी रात को उसने अपनी पत्नी और बच्चे की गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी। इसके बाद उसने स्वयं भी जान देने की कोशिश की, लेकिन असफल रहने पर उसने पुलिस को फोन कर पूरी घटना की जानकारी दी।
रात लगभग 2:30 बजे जब पुलिस उसके घर पहुंची और घंटी बजाई, तो नितिन की माँ ने दरवाज़ा खोला। पुलिस को अचानक देखकर वह हैरान रह गईं।
पुलिस ने उन्हें बताया कि उनके बेटे ने ही फोन करके उन्हें यहां बुलाया था।
