31 वर्षीय धीरज हिना नाम की एक मुस्लिम लड़की से प्यार करता है और दोनों एक-दूसरे से शादी करना चाहते हैं। शुरुआत में दोनों परिवार इस रिश्ते के खिलाफ थे, लेकिन समय के साथ वे मान जाते हैं और दोनों की सगाई भी कर दी जाती है।
सब कुछ ठीक चल रहा होता है, लेकिन एक दिन अचानक धीरज के ऑफिस के बाहर किसी अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा उसे गोली मार दी जाती है। गंभीर रूप से घायल धीरज की मौके पर ही मृत्यु हो जाती है।
पहली नजर में यह मामला धार्मिक विवाद से जुड़ी हत्या जैसा दिखाई देता है। पुलिस हिना, उसके भाई और परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों से पूछताछ करती है, लेकिन कोई ठोस सुराग नहीं मिलता।
उधर पुलिस जांच में आगे नहीं बढ़ पा रही है और इधर मीडिया तथा कई राजनीतिक नेता इस घटना को सांप्रदायिक रंग देने में जुट जाते हैं। मामले को लेकर तरह-तरह की अटकलें लगाई जाने लगती हैं, जिससे जांच और भी चुनौतीपूर्ण हो जाती है।
क्या यह सचमुच धार्मिक नफरत का मामला था, या फिर हत्या के पीछे कोई और वजह छिपी थी? पुलिस को इस सवाल का जवाब तलाशना था, इससे पहले कि अफवाहें सच पर भारी पड़ जाएं।
आखिर धीरज की हत्या किसने की और क्यों की? इसी रहस्य को सुलझाने की कोशिश करती है यह कहानी।
Khafaa Crime Patrol Case
31-year-old Dheeraj (played by Puneet Channa) falls in love with Hina (played by Hiral Mehta). The couple wishes to get married, but both families initially oppose the relationship because of their different religious backgrounds.
Over time, the families accept their decision and the couple gets engaged. Everything appears to be going well until one day when Dheeraj is suddenly shot outside his office. He dies before he can receive help, leaving his family and fiancée devastated.
At first glance, the murder appears to be communal in nature. Police question Hina, her brother (played by Ashrut Jain), and other family members, but no meaningful clues emerge from the investigation.
As the case gains attention, media outlets and political leaders begin presenting the murder as a communal issue. Public pressure mounts while investigators struggle to uncover the real motive behind the crime.
With no clear evidence and growing speculation, the police face a difficult challenge. Was Dheeraj killed because of religious differences, or was there another hidden reason behind the murder?
The search for the truth slowly uncovers facts that are very different from what everyone initially believed.
