2019 का ग्यारहवाँ केस | Case 11/2019
During a routine traffic check, police stop a man riding a scooty without valid registration documents. The man tells officers that he recently purchased the vehicle from a motor mechanic who wanted to sell it. When police question the mechanic about the registration papers, he claims that the documents were never received from the original owner who had left the scooty at his workshop.
After checking the scooty’s chassis number, police discover that the registration number attached to it is fake. Further investigation reveals that the scooty actually belongs to a young woman named Sonal Patel. Police then detain another man who claims that he found the scooty abandoned at an isolated location some time ago.
The investigation eventually leads police to Sonal Patel’s home, where her family reveals that she had left home a few days earlier without informing anyone. They explain that Sonal was in love with a man named Jayesh Parmar and may have eloped with him. The family also admits that the situation was embarrassing for them because Sonal had recently been engaged to another man from their caste.
One female constable becomes suspicious about Sonal’s disappearance, and her fears are confirmed when police from another area discover the dead bodies of a young couple inside a jungle. The bodies are identified as Sonal and Jayesh, and later DNA reports officially confirm their identities.
