Based on the missing and murder case of Aroli’s minor girl Franshela Sophia
David (played by Harsh Khurana) is a construction engineer. He and his wife Mary (played by Khyaati Khandke) have two children. Their elder daughter, Emily, is 10 years old. They are a happy family, and David takes great care of them. A year ago, Mary underwent major brain tumor surgery and is still recovering. She often forgets things, which worries David. Every evening around 6:15 PM, David calls her from his office to remind her to pick Emily up from the school bus.
David receives an overseas work assignment in Jordan and has to leave. Although he initially tries to decline the offer because his family is his priority, especially with Mary’s health condition, an unknown fear troubles him. He worries about what might happen if Mary someday forgets to pick Emily up from the school bus.
Despite his concerns, David eventually leaves for Jordan and makes several arrangements to help Mary remember her daily responsibilities. He also informs nearby relatives about his trip and requests that they support Mary during the next few months. However, just ten days after David’s departure, Emily goes missing between getting off her school bus and reaching the gate of her housing society.

डेविड को उसकी कंपनी की तरफ से जॉर्डन भेजा जा रहा है, जबकि वह बिल्कुल नहीं जाना चाहता। उसे एक अनजान डर सताता रहता है कि कहीं मेरी किसी दिन एमिली को स्कूल बस से लाना न भूल जाए। लेकिन नौकरी की मजबूरी के कारण उसे जॉर्डन जाना ही पड़ता है। जाने से पहले वह ऐसी व्यवस्थाएँ करता है जिससे मेरी जरूरी बातें न भूले। इसके अलावा वह अपने आसपास रहने वाले रिश्तेदारों से भी कहकर जाता है कि वे मेरी का ध्यान रखें।
आखिरकार डेविड जॉर्डन चला जाता है और उसके जाने के दस दिन बाद ही एक शाम एमिली घर नहीं पहुँचती। सीसीटीवी फुटेज में दिखाई देता है कि एमिली स्कूल बस से उतरी थी और अपनी सोसाइटी के गेट की तरफ जा रही थी, लेकिन वह गेट के अंदर कभी नहीं पहुँची।
