A security guard finds body of a girl hanging from tree in the garden. After filing complain, police finds a suicide note near the body which says girl was in love with a guy Sudhir who spoiled her life and she is committing suicide. Police also finds Sudhir’s call details from Kavita’s mobile.

Sudhir is brother of Kavita’s friend Shonali. During interrogation Sudhir tells police that his sister Shonali does not have any mobile so she uses his mobile to talk to someone. Police also sends suicide note to a expert who informs police that writing on the letter is different from Kavita’s writing. On the other hand Kavita’s postmortem report reveals that she was 2 months pregnant.

कविता की लाश पुलिस को एक पुराने दार्शनिक जगह की एक टूटी फूटी इमारत में एक पेड़ से लटकी पाई जाती है. पुलिस को लाश के साथ एक सुसाइड नोट भी मिलता है जिसपर लिखा है कि सुधीर नाम के एक लड़के ने कविता की जिंदगी ख़राब कर दी है जिसकी वजह से वो आत्महत्या कर रही है. इसके अलावा पुलिस को कविता के मोबाइल से सुधीर और शोनाली के बीच हुई कॉल्स भी मिलती हैं. पुलिस पता करती है तो पता चलता है की सुधीर कविता की एक दोस्त शोनाली का भाई है.

पुलिस उससे पूछताछ करती है मगर वो बताता है की शोनाली के पास मोबाइल न होने की वजह से शोनाली उसका फ़ोन इस्तेमाल करती थी. पुलिस कविता के लिखे हुआ सुसाइड नोट को एक्सपर्ट के पास भेजती है जहाँ ये पता चलता है की कविता की राइटिंग और सुसाइड नोट में लिखी राइटिंग अलग अलग है. दूसरी तरफ कविता की पोस्टमॉर्टेम रिपोर्ट ये बताती है की उसकी मौत के समय वो दो महीने गर्भवती थी.

Based on July, 2014 case of Thane, Maharashtra. A 17 year old girl was found hanging from a hotel room’s ceiling fan. In primary investigation the case was looking like a suicide case but later girl’s mobile phone records focused on a murder case. Girl was in love with a married man Shankar Kashinath Bhogade from Jawahar in Paighar, Thane (rural).
