A Family Betrayal and Murder Mystery
Twenty-five-year-old Nilofar is married to Imraan, who works as a security guard. Waseem, Imraan’s elder brother, runs a small catering business. One day, Waseem informs his cousin and a friend that he has received a contract to kill a woman and that they will earn a substantial amount of money if they assist him.
The three carry out the plan and kill the targeted woman. Only afterward do the other two discover that the victim is none other than Nilofar, the wife of Waseem’s own brother, Imraan. Shocked by the revelation, they question Waseem about his motive, but he refuses to provide any explanation.
After the murder, the perpetrators remove Nilofar’s ornaments and dispose of her body in a dumping ground in an attempt to conceal the crime.
Imraan and his relatives become increasingly worried about Nilofar’s sudden disappearance. Waseem then begins manipulating the situation by repeatedly telling Imraan that Nilofar has abandoned him and will never return. A few days later, he even claims that he spotted her somewhere in the city but that she ran away when he called out to her. Imraan is left confused because there had been no major problems in their married life.
Five days later, sanitation workers discover a body at the dumping ground. Due to its deteriorated condition, the initial post-mortem assessment incorrectly estimates the victim’s age to be much older than Nilofar.
नीलोफर एक पच्चीस वर्षीय विवाहित महिला है, जो अपने पति इमरान और बेटे के साथ रहती है। उनके परिवार में सब कुछ सामान्य चल रहा है। वसीम इमरान का बड़ा भाई है, जो खाने-पीने का छोटा व्यवसाय चलाता है, जबकि इमरान सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की नौकरी करता है।
वसीम अपने एक दोस्त और एक रिश्तेदार को बुलाकर बताता है कि उसे एक महिला की हत्या करने की सुपारी मिली है। वह कहता है कि यदि वे दोनों उसकी मदद करें तो सभी को आर्थिक लाभ होगा। दोनों उसकी बात मान लेते हैं। अगले दिन इमरान के घर से निकलने के बाद वसीम नीलोफर को किसी बहाने अपने घर बुलाता है। घर पहुँचते ही तीनों मिलकर उसकी हत्या कर देते हैं। बाद में दोनों सहयोगियों को पता चलता है कि पीड़िता वसीम के छोटे भाई की पत्नी है। वसीम स्वीकार करता है कि उसका निशाना शुरू से नीलोफर ही थी।
हत्या के बाद नीलोफर के गहने उतार लिए जाते हैं और शव को एक बोरे में भरकर पास के कूड़ाघर में फेंक दिया जाता है। इमरान परेशान है कि नीलोफर बिना बताए कहाँ चली गई, जबकि वसीम लगातार उसे यह विश्वास दिलाने की कोशिश करता है कि वह उसे छोड़कर कहीं चली गई है।
पाँच दिन बाद पुलिस को वह शव मिलता है, जो काफी खराब हालत में होता है। पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में हत्या की पुष्टि होती है, लेकिन शव की स्थिति खराब होने के कारण मृतका की उम्र का प्रारंभिक अनुमान गलत लगाया जाता है।
इमरान पुलिस में नीलोफर की गुमशुदगी की शिकायत दर्ज करवाता है, लेकिन जांच में कोई ठोस सुराग नहीं मिलता। दूसरी ओर, वसीम लगातार भ्रम फैलाने की कोशिश करता है और दावा करता है कि उसने नीलोफर को शहर के अलग-अलग इलाकों में देखा है।
