यह कहानी एक ऐसे प्रॉपर्टी कारोबारी रमेश गनात्रा (real name Vinod Broker, 84) की है, जिसने वर्षों की मेहनत से संपत्ति का बड़ा कारोबार खड़ा किया था। एक दिन उसे मुंबई स्थित अपनी बहुमूल्य प्रॉपर्टी के लिए एक ऐसा खरीदार मिला, जो बाजार मूल्य से कहीं अधिक कीमत देने को तैयार था। आसपास के लोग और उसके करीबी इस सौदे को लेकर असहज थे, क्योंकि इतनी बड़ी रकम का प्रस्ताव सामान्य नहीं लग रहा था। लेकिन रमेश को यह एक सुनहरा अवसर दिखाई दिया।
सौदे की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ी और खरीदार ने भरोसा जीतने के लिए कई औपचारिकताएँ पूरी कीं। रमेश की लंबे समय से साथ काम कर रही सचिव सुप्रिया (real name Usha Nair, 51) भी इस पूरे लेन-देन में शामिल थी। जल्द ही दोनों कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज़ों और मुलाकातों के सिलसिले में निकले, लेकिन उसके बाद अचानक उनसे संपर्क टूट गया। उनके फोन बंद हो गए और परिवार तथा परिचितों की चिंता बढ़ने लगी। आबिद ख़ान (real name Ibrahim Shaikh, 38 and played by Indraneel Bhattacharya) का कहना है कि वो दोनों उसका पैसा लेकर भाग गये हैं।
पुलिस जांच में कई अजीब तथ्य सामने आने लगे। प्रॉपर्टी के कागज़ात गायब थे, खरीदार की पहचान संदिग्ध लगने लगी और घटनाओं की कड़ियाँ एक खतरनाक साजिश की ओर इशारा कर रही थीं। धीरे-धीरे स्पष्ट हुआ कि यह सिर्फ एक प्रॉपर्टी डील नहीं थी, बल्कि लालच, छल और विश्वासघात से बुना गया एक ऐसा जाल था, जिसमें फँसने की कीमत बेहद भारी साबित होने वाली थी।
This story revolves around Ramesh Ganatra, an experienced property dealer who had built a successful career through years of hard work. Ramesh’s trusted secretary, Supriya, who had worked with him for decades, helped manage the paperwork and meetings related to the deal. However, shortly after several key discussions and arrangements, both Ramesh and Supriya suddenly became unreachable. Their phones were switched off, and worried family members began searching for answers.
The police investigation uncovered a series of troubling clues. Important documents were missing, records did not match up, and the buyer’s background seemed increasingly suspicious. What initially appeared to be a lucrative business transaction slowly transformed into a mystery involving deception, manipulation, and hidden motives.
As investigators dug deeper, they realized that the promise of extraordinary profit had concealed something far more dangerous. Behind the tempting offer lay a carefully planned scheme whose true purpose remained hidden until the pieces of the puzzle finally began to connect.
