That was the day when a school bus with 11 kids was hijacked by a gunman. Other than small kids there was a 8th class girl inside the bus named Gunjan Sharma (Rajni Pathak). Hijacker forced driver on gunpoint to drive bus as much faster he can and turn towards Nagaland. Later he tried to kidnap a small girl but Gunjan insisted kidnapper to bring her instead of that small girl. Gunman took her alone and let others go. Next day Gunjan was found at dibrugarh (Bihubhor), near Nagaland border. She reported herself at a police station there. The gunman hijacked the bus after he escaped from a quarrel between some people of simalguri.

After Gunjan's shown bravery, Assam's chief minister Tarun Gogoi announced an award of 2 lac to her. Now Simalguri residents demanding the state police to recommened her name for National Award of Bravery.

Gunjan is daughter of a businessman and class 8th student at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nazira. Narrating her trauma Gunjan told police that that gunman stuffed her pistol into her mouth to keep her mouth shut when police and other resident were calling her name to find her.

गुंजन केंद्रीय विद्यालय, नजीरा में पढ़ती है. वो अपने गाँव से स्कूल छोटे बच्चों की स्कूल बस में जाती है जो की उसे अच्छा भी लगता है. उसके पिता एक व्यापारी हैं. एक दिन स्कूल से घर वापस आते हुए अचानक उसकी बस में एक आदमी २ पिस्तौल के साथ घुस जाता है. बस में कुल 11 बच्चे हैं जिनमे से एक गुंजन है. वो उन सभी को बंधक बनाता है और ड्राइवर को धमकता है की वो बस को तेजी से चलता हुआ नागालैंड की तरफ ले कर चले. आगे पुलिस चेक भी मिलता है जो की उसी अपराधी की तलाश में हैं. ड्राइवर तेज़ी के साथ बस निकाल ले जाता है मगर आगे चल कर वो चालाकी के साथ बस को एक गड्ढे में फसा देता है. वहां पर वो आदमी बस में से एक छोटी बच्ची को उठा कर निकलने लगता है तो गुंजन उससे बोलती है की वो इस छोटी बच्ची को छोड़ दे और उसे अपने साथ ले चले.

वो अपराधी गुंजन को अपने साथ ले जाता है. वो हुंजन के साथ एक घने जंगल में छिपता है. पुलिस उन दोनों को ढूंढती हुई जंगल में पहुचती है. वो आदमी गुंजन के मुह में अपनी पिस्तौल डाल देता है और उसको चेतावनी देता है की वो अपने मुह से कोई आवाज़ न निकाले.

Now Jasmin can understand that her mobile was stolen by Nadeem while she was taking bath tath day. She calls Nadeem. She shouts at him then Nadeem tells her that he wants 10 lac rupee from her otherwise he will tell all these things to Farhan.

Nadeem was employee of a Local Survey company whose job was to call people and offer peoples with attractive things who put their phone numbers in the feedback survey forms.

Is it safe for women to put their mobile/phone number in a customer satisfaction of a local survey form? You will think twice after knowing about this case.. Filling out an innocuous feedback form on long distance train from Mumbai to Lucknow led to a lot of misery for this Kandivali 30 year old housewife. After filling the form she got call from the guy. In form she wrote her name and contact number. The accused, Syyed Mohd Mansuri liked her writing and was willing to meet her. Later on he visited her home also. During his last visit her stole her mobile phone.

Mansuri dialed some people from phone’s contact list and told them that woman is having extra-marital affair with him. After then he was blackmailing him for 5 lac rupees.

मोबाइल मिलने के बाद जास्मिन जब अपने कुछ रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों को फ़ोन करती है तो सब उससे बहुत अजीब तरह से बात करते हैं. जास्मिन को समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि ये सब क्या हो रहा है. बाद में उसकी एक दोस्त उसे बताती है कि उसको नदीम नाम के एक शख्स का फ़ोन आया था और वो जास्मिन और अपने बारे में अनाप-शनाप बक रहा था. वो बोल रहा था कि जास्मिन और उसके बिच अवैध सम्बन्ध है और जास्मिन के पेट में जो बच्चा है वो उसका है. जास्मिन अचंभित है ये सब सुन कर और अब उसे समझ आता है कि उसका मोबाइल नदीम ने ही चुराया है. वो अभी तक ये नहीं समझ पा रही है कि नदीम ये सब क्यों कर रहा है जबकि उसका नदीम से दूर दूर तक कोई नाता नहीं है.

वो नदीम को फ़ोन करती है तो नदीम उससे १० लाख रुपये कि मांग करता है और बोलता है कि अगर वो उसे १० लाख पुए नहीं देगी तो वो ये सब बातें फरहान को बता देगा.

Personal Wealth: Police tracks down kidnappers within 12 hours of kidnapping (Episode 332 on18th January 2014)

This question puts a question to today’s society, we should share our personal wealth with the people around us! Or a woman should share her family’s of his husband’s wealth with her friends?

Sahil’s younger bother Piyush get kidnapped while he is returning from a mobile shop. He went that mobile shop to recharge his mom’s cell phone. After 30 mins when his mom asks Sahil about Piyush but he also does not know about him. He calls his husband Narendra and Narendra files FIR. After two hours of kidnapping Narendra gets call from kidnappers who asks him a ransom of rup 1.5 crore.

Police starts investigation and tracks down the kidnapper with in 12 hours of kidnapping. Before trapping culprits, Narendra gets a call from Piyush through a unknown number. Piyush tell him that he is in a car parking and talking through parking guy’s mobile phone.

Yuddhveer assures that her daughter will must get admission in Sri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Scineces. Yuddhveer talks to admission co-ordination Sudha Patwal and the deal fixes with 5 lac rupees.

Gudiya, a 5-year old minor girl was kidnapped by a neighbor for near 40 hours. The guys attacked her many time during these 40 hours. On 17th Apr 2013, she was rescued when some people heard she is crying somewhere. She was critical when they found her. A 200 ml bottle and candles were found in her organs.

During the whole incident, police did not write any FIR, even when Gudiya's uncle called them that she was kept inside a home and crying. When they called police, police responded that if they can hear the voice then rescue her themselves!

When the police did not support, her father called Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). After conscious efforts of AAP, police agreed to write FIR within 2 hours of getting the call. Later police arrested the duo Pradeep and Manoj from their native in Bihar. Later Gudiya's father and uncle told media and they were offered 2000 bribe by Delhi Police to keep the case unfold.

Police explained that Gudiya was kidnapped during the evening of 5th Apr 2013. They tied her on a doss with rope and attacked her. Police also found dozens of video clips on their mobile phone. Manoj and Pradeep attacked Gudiya, in the same manner, as shown in the video clips.

Police captured Monoj first and he told them that he did this crime with his friend Pradeep. After getting news from media, Pradeep got altered and was changing his positions very carefully with changing his SIM cards. Police caught him finally in Lakhisarai of Darbhanga.

The whole night of 18 Apr 2013, people performed in front of Delhi Police headquarters and asked for the resignation of Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar.

During the tenure of the previous government of the Indian National Congress in Delhi, was badly failed against increasing the crime rate against females. Delhi's former chief minister Sheila Dixit used to accuse Delhi Police of these crimes because Delhi Police does not come under Delhi Government and Delhi Police is not under the control of her government.

Aam Aadmi Party's job was commendable in this case. Before becoming chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal was always saying that while they not in power they can bring Delhi Police on track then after getting the power they know how to control them.

Because of his different way of work, Arvind is in the spotlight since he has become Chief Minister. People of Delhi have high expectations with him.

गुडिया, एक 5 साल की बच्ची जिसको उसके पडोसी ने अपहरण किया था. उसने उसको अपने फ्लैट में बंधक बना कर कई बार दुष्कर्म किया. 17 तारीख को जब कुछ लोगों ने बच्ची के रोने की आवाज़ सुनी तो उसे आज़ाद कराया गया. बच्ची जब मिली तब उसकी हालत बहुत ही नाज़ुक थी. उसके अंग में 200 मिली की बोतल और मोमबत्तियों के टुकड़े मिले थे.

चौकाने वाली बात ये थे की बच्ची की आवाज़ सुने जाने के बाद भी पुलिस ने किसी भी तरह की कोई सहायता नहीं करी. ये कह कर टाल दिया की जब बच्ची की आवाज़ सुनाई दे रही है तो दरवाज़ा तोड़ कर उसे खुद निकाल लो. गुडिया के पिता जब केस दर्ज करने थाने गए तो पुलिस ने मामले को रफा दफा करने की कोशिश करी और गुडिया के पिता को 2000 रुपये की पेशकश की.

पुलिस द्वारा सहायता न मिलने पर गुडिया के पिता ने आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यालय फ़ोन किया. उसके बाद आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं के सजग प्रयास की वजह से पुलिस ने ऍफ़ आई आर लिखी और दबाव बढ़ने पर दो दुष्कर्मियों, मनोज व प्रदीप को बिहार से धर दबोचा.

पुलिस सूत्रों ने बताया की मनोज व प्रदीप ने गुडिया का अपहरण 15 की शाम को किया था. उन्होंने बच्ची को चारपाई पर रस्सी से बांध दिया. उनदोनों के मोबाइल में दर्जनों अश्लील क्लिप्स मिली और उन दोनो ने उन्ही क्लिप्स के अनुसार ही नशे की हालत में बच्ची से दुष्कर्म किया.

मनोज ने पूछताछ के दौरान बताया की इस घटना में उसका दोस्त प्रदीप भी उसके साथ था और बाद में उसने सारा दोष प्रदीप पर ही डाल दिया. पुलिस ने मनोज को पहले गिरफ्तार किया था और मनोज की गिरफ़्तारी की खबर मीडिया में फैलने के बाद प्रदीप अलर्ट हो गया था और बहुत चालाकी से अपनी लोकेशन एंड सिम कार्ड बदल रहा था. पुलिस ने उसकी तलाश मुजफ्फरपुर, दरभंगा समेत कई जगहों पर की और आख़िरकार वो दरभंगा के लखीसराय से गिरफ्तार हुआ.

प्रदर्शनकारी 18 की पूरी रात पुलिस मुख्यालय के बहार जमा रहे और पुलिस कमिश्नर नीरज कुमार ने इस्तीफे की मांग की. इसके अलावा प्रदर्शनकारियों ने एम्स, राजपथ, रेस कोर्स, और जनपथ पर भी प्रदर्शन किया.

गौरतलब है की दिल्ली की पिछली सरकार दिल्ली में बढ़ रहे महिलाओं के प्रति बढ़ रहे दुष्कर्मो के आगे बुरी तरह से नाकाम रही थी. दिल्ली ली पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित हर बार इन दुष्कर्मो के ठीकरा दिल्ली पुलिस पे थोपती आई थी क्योंकि दिल्ली पुलिस दिल्ली सरकार के अंतर्गत नहीं आती और दिल्ली पुलिस पर दिल्ली सरकार का कोई जोर नहीं चल सकता है.

गुडिया का केस में आम आदमी पार्टी का अनुदान सराहनीय रहा. दिल्ली केतत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पहले से ही कहते आ रहे थे की अगर वो और उनकी पार्टी सरकार हाथ में न होने पर अगर दिल्ली पुलिस को ठिकाने पर ला सकती है तो सत्ता हाथ में आने के बाद तो उनको ठीक कर ही देगी. अरविंद केजरीवाल के मुख्यमंत्री बनने के बाद से लगातार अपने अलग ढंग से काम करने के तरीकों को लेकर चर्चा में रहे. दिल्ली की आम जनता को उनसे बहुत उम्मीदे हैं.

अब अनीता ये पता लगाने के लिए अपने ससुराल जाती है और अपनी सास से पूछताछ करती है.
