Love On Rampage
The story highlights a backward mindset that still exists in some parts of India. Ravi (real name Basant Kumar) and Priya (real name Sarita) have loved each other since childhood. However, they are not allowed to marry because they belong to the same clan (gotra).
After becoming a police constable, Ravi decides to marry Priya. When he speaks to both families, they refuse. The village council (Gram Panchayat) also declares that they cannot marry because people belonging to the same clan in the same village are considered brother and sister.
As a result, Ravi and Priya run away and get married in a temple. They begin living elsewhere with the help of Ravi’s friend. Meanwhile, the village council devises a plan to bring them back. They send Ravi’s friend, who lies to them and says that both families and the council have now accepted their marriage.
Believing him, Ravi and Priya return to the village. However, once they arrive, their families forcibly separate them and refuse to accept their marriage. Priya’s parents arrange her marriage to another man. After some time, Ravi returns to his job in the police force.

यह कहानी भारत के कुछ हिस्सों में आज भी मौजूद पिछड़ी सोच को दिखाती है। रवि (असल नाम बसंत कुमार) और प्रिया (असल नाम सरिता) बचपन से एक-दूसरे से प्यार करते हैं। लेकिन वे शादी नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि उनका गोत्र एक ही है।
पुलिस कॉन्स्टेबल बनने के बाद रवि, प्रिया से शादी करने का फैसला करता है। जब वह दोनों परिवारों से बात करता है, तो वे मना कर देते हैं। गांव की पंचायत भी कहती है कि एक ही गोत्र और एक ही गांव के लड़का-लड़की भाई-बहन माने जाते हैं, इसलिए उनकी शादी नहीं हो सकती।
इसलिए रवि और प्रिया गांव से भाग जाते हैं और मंदिर में शादी कर लेते हैं। वे रवि के एक दोस्त की मदद से किसी दूसरी जगह रहने लगते हैं। इस बीच पंचायत उन्हें वापस लाने की योजना बनाती है। वे रवि के दोस्त को भेजते हैं, जो उनसे झूठ बोलता है कि अब दोनों परिवार और पंचायत उनकी शादी मान गए हैं।
यह सुनकर रवि और प्रिया गांव वापस आ जाते हैं। लेकिन वहां पहुंचते ही उनके परिवार वाले उन्हें जबरदस्ती अलग कर देते हैं और उनकी शादी को मानने से इनकार कर देते हैं। प्रिया के माता-पिता उसकी शादी किसी और लड़के से तय कर देते हैं। कुछ समय बाद रवि वापस अपनी पुलिस की नौकरी पर लौट जाता है।
